SOFRITEL is committed to flawless security of its infrastructures, in particular through the implementation of its general information systems security policy which is based on various standards of requirements such as the ISO27001 standard.

Internally, the involvement of all staff is ensured thanks to a detailed Information Systems Security Policy, and a structured body of documentation (IT charter, IT and security guide, documented procedures, etc.)

Security organization

SOFRITEL has appointed a CISO responsible for managing its ISMS, and ensuring effective security governance and steering the action plan. The DPO ensures compliance with the GDPR and the daily protection of personal data.
