Sofritel's Centrex telephony solution is user-friendly and ready to use, requiring no specific installation of hardware apart from the terminals themselves. The configuration of this solution is entirely supported by the Sofritel teams.
Subsequently, Centrex telephony business customers can easily monitor their consumption from their customer area. This administration interface also offers the possibility of ordering additional extensions, personalizing music on hold or messaging, and managing the rules for incoming calls. Companies can also choose to entrust this management directly to end users.
